• To comply with Google API Services policies and data protection laws.

3. Data Security

All sensitive information, including OAuth tokens, is encrypted at rest and in transit using modern cryptographic standards. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel with role-based permissions and multi-factor authentication. We perform regular reviews of data handling procedures to ensure ongoing compliance and security.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain client advertising data only for as long as required to deliver our services or comply with legal obligations. Upon request or contract termination, we securely delete associated OAuth tokens and campaign data from our systems.

We do not sell, rent, or share client data with any third parties. Information accessed through the Google Ads API is used exclusively to manage the authorized client’s advertising accounts.

6. User Control and Revocation

Clients may revoke our access to their Google Ads accounts at any time through the Google account permissions page. Once revoked, we will immediately stop making API calls and remove stored access credentials related to that account.
